Best for: Independent teams who want flexibility, privacy, and optional support.
A Self-Led Habitat provides a structured stay with full studio access and optional engineer support when needed.

- Additional producer support by request
- Extra studio time, based on availability
2) Production Team-Led Artist Habitat (IAH-Led)
Best for: Teams seeking built-in collaboration, creative direction, and a clear plan.
Production Team-Led Habitats pair your artist team with an IAH producer and songwriter team for daily structured sessions that move the project forward. You choose your team size (1–4 producers or songwriters).
