CAMP-OUT WEEKEND
A gathering built around
connection through creation.
May 29–31, 2026
Benalto Sound, Alberta
Not a showcase.
Not a conference.
A real creative environment.
What it is
Camp-Out Weekend is the annual in-person gathering for Recording Club members.
It’s designed to build real creative relationships — through in-person collaboration.
The vibe
Open rooms. Open stage. Open community.
You can move between spaces freely. Join a session, step into a conversation, or just listen and connect.
Come as you are. Participate as much as you want.

How the Weekend Flows
Studio collaboration (Daily)
Three structured studio sessions per day — pre-assigned to keep rooms balanced and productive.
You’ll be placed in sessions based on your interests, role, and availability.
Outdoor Conversations + Workshops (Saturday)
Short, practical sessions focused on real creative challenges.
Topics may include:
Late-Night Wildcard Sessions (Daily)
An open, drop-in studio block. No structure. Just follow the energy.
Shared Time Matters
The weekend isn’t just about sessions — it’s about time together.
Saturday Potluck Dinner
Bring something if you can. If not, come anyway. The point is the table.
Sunday Breakfast
A slower closing moment to reflect, connect, and wrap the weekend.
